Reseller Membership Form

    • Considerable discount on list price.
    • Some products can be personalized with your banner or logo.
    • No modifications can be made to the products.
    • The MSRP offered is our regular selling price, however, you are free to sell at whatever price suits you.
    • All invoices must be paid by Interac transfer, but you will be able to pay your invoices by Mastercard, Visa or PayPal.
    • All invoices must be paid in full before shipping.
    • The cost of shipping is at your expense.
    • Orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days (Mon-Fri). Orders will be shipped to the customer account address only.
    • Wholesale is only offered to Boutiques (online and/or storefront) . It is not offered to consumers. You cannot open an account to make a group purchase.
    • We reserve the right to cancel, close or suspend a reseller account if the information provided proves not to be accurate or the terms of the agreement are not respected.
    • You cannot share your account with other companies.
    • We do not accept any returns. If we have made an error during shipping, please notify us (Contact Us) and I will tell you the procedure to follow.
